The purpose or purposes for which the corporation is organized are as follows: The Corporation is irrevocably dedicated to and operated exclusively for charitable and educational purpose. The corporation functions within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended from time to time, or of corresponding provisions of any subsequent federal tax laws. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the corporation is dedicated to the following:
a. To foster, promote, and encourage student participation in all sports programs in the Fennville Community and the Public School System,
with the belief that athletic endeavors are an important phase of education for students.
b. To promote and support interest in all sports programs in the Fennville Community and the Public School System with the belief that these
activities promote the social welfare of the community.
c. To promote self-esteem and greater involvement in community and school activities, with the belief that this would further the advancement of
education of students in the Fennville Community and the Public School System
d. To promote social welfare among all citizens of the Fennville Community and the Public School System including parents, students, faculty,
business people, and local residents, by promoting supporting interest in Fennville Community and Public School System athletic programs and
activities.
